Salesforce Managed Services and Support

Kapala Tech is a digital transformation consultancy serving Brazil, the United States and Canada that offers Salesforce managed services: ongoing administration, user support, fixes, enhancements, Flow and Apex maintenance, integration monitoring and release readiness for your org. As a member of the Salesforce Partner Community, Kapala supports US customers day to day in fluent English, giving companies an experienced Salesforce team without hiring and retaining one in-house.

What are Salesforce managed services?

Salesforce managed services are an ongoing arrangement in which an outside team administers, supports and improves your Salesforce org, instead of you relying only on in-house admins or one-off projects. The goal is a stable org that keeps evolving with the business after go-live.

At Kapala Tech, the same people who implement Salesforce also support it, so the team understands configuration, code, integrations and data together rather than as separate silos.

What is included in Kapala Tech Salesforce support services?

Kapala Tech Salesforce support covers day-to-day administration, troubleshooting and continuous improvement of your org. The exact scope is agreed per customer, based on your clouds, users and integrations.

  • User administration: profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing and access requests
  • Troubleshooting and fixes for Flows, validation rules, Apex and Lightning Web Components
  • Small enhancements: new fields, page layouts, automations, reports and dashboards
  • Integration and API monitoring with your ERP and other connected systems
  • Data quality work: deduplication, imports and clean-up
  • Release readiness: reviewing Salesforce seasonal releases and testing what affects your org
  • Documentation of changes and guidance for your users and admins

Should we hire an in-house Salesforce admin or use managed services?

It depends on how much Salesforce work you have and how broad it is. A single in-house admin is a good fit for steady, admin-level work, but one person rarely covers administration, development, integrations and data at the same depth; managed services give you that range, and many companies combine both.

Comparing ways to support a Salesforce org
OptionWorks best whenWatch out for
In-house adminThere is constant admin work and you want someone embedded in the business full timeSingle point of failure; limited coverage of development and integration skills
Managed services (Kapala Tech)You need admin, development and integration skills on demand with continuityRequires clear prioritization of requests between your team and the provider
In-house admin + managed servicesYou want an internal owner plus specialist depth behind themDefine who handles which type of request
Ad-hoc project work onlySalesforce rarely changes and needs are occasionalKnowledge is lost between projects; small issues pile up

How do Salesforce releases affect our org?

Salesforce ships three major releases a year (Spring, Summer and Winter), and each one can change features, retire old functionality or enforce new security settings. Without someone reviewing release notes and testing in a sandbox, these changes can surprise users or break automations.

As part of managed services, Kapala Tech reviews each release against your org, tests the items that matter in a sandbox, and plans any adjustments before the update reaches production.

Can you support an org that another partner implemented?

Yes. When Kapala Tech takes over an existing org, we start with a review of configuration, automations, custom code, integrations and data quality. That review produces a list of risks and quick wins, so support starts from an accurate picture of the org rather than assumptions.

Do you support US companies during US business hours?

Yes. Kapala Tech supports customers in the United States day to day, in fluent English, with presence in the US and Canada and delivery from Brazil. Brazil’s business hours overlap fully with US Eastern and Central time and substantially with Pacific time, which makes this a nearshore model rather than an overnight offshore one.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between Salesforce managed services and a Salesforce implementation?

An implementation is a project with a defined end: designing and launching Salesforce or a new cloud. Managed services are ongoing: administering, fixing and improving the org after go-live, month after month.

Do Salesforce managed services include development work?

Yes. Kapala Tech support covers declarative work such as Flows and page layouts as well as code in Apex and Lightning Web Components, plus integration maintenance. Larger new initiatives are scoped as separate projects.

Which Salesforce clouds do you support?

Kapala Tech supports Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud orgs, including custom objects, automations, reports and dashboards, and integrations with ERPs and other systems.

Can managed services start right after our implementation?

Yes. Moving from implementation to managed services with the same team is the smoothest path, because the people supporting the org already know how and why it was built.

How much do Salesforce managed services cost?

Kapala Tech scopes managed services per customer based on your clouds, number of users, integrations and expected volume of requests. Email contato@kpla.com.br to request a proposal.
